This leading provider of financial planning services is offering an excellent opportunity within a superb working environment for a Paraplanner/Financial Services Administrator at their Doncaster office. They are seeking a proactive candidate to provide Paraplanning services for UK Financial Planners working under FCA regulations. They will also assist with the administrative workflow within the office.

This is an incredibly busy and varied role that requires excellent attention to detail along with polished client service skills. For this role we are looking for candidates experienced in Paraplanning and Technical report writing who hold the relevant Financial Services qualifications. The role will incorporate assisting clients who repatriate to the UK to ensure that any policies they have are restructured to meet UK requirements therefore knowledge of International Product Providers would be an advantage.

Due to the office location full driving licence and vehicle access is required

Key Roles and Accountabilities:

- Prepares detailed suitability letters based on fact finds and information provided by the Adviser
- Conducts comprehensive product research to include industry research tools and liaising with product providers
- Responsible for the pre and post-sales support administration for Advisers in line with FCA guidelines
- Processing applications, liaising with the providers to ensure the policies issue
- Prepares relevant literature and documentation for client meetings
- Maintains registers/reports for compliance audit purposes
- Administrating policy amendments such as Portfolio Valuations, Withdrawal requests, Deed of assignments, Letters of Authority and general policy changes.
- Liaising with clients and their advisers by email, letter or telephone
- Updating and maintaining the Dynamics CRM and other Back Office Systems
- Liaising with local professional services and regulatory bodies
- Managing and handling incoming correspondence including provider documentation and e-mail notices

IT Skills

Intermediate level in excel, word and PowerPoint with experience of MO365 products, specifically Dynamics CRM and SharePoint. Experience with software packages such as FE Analytics is essential for this role.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a Paraplanner role in a similar environment.
