Process Analyst

Are you looking to develop your knowledge of Process Improvement techniques and Lean skills?

ATC Recruitment is currently looking for a Process Analyst to join a large organisation working in their Process Team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational/projects teams in driving improvements to services offered.

Responsibilities include:

- Enable and support sustainable operational change within the HR Shared Service Centre
- Conduct end to end process reviews with the operational teams to identify potential efficiencies and improvements
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and utilise Lean methodologies to develop and implement robust process changes

To be successful in the Process Analyst role, you will need the following:

- Experience of working within HR Shared Service environment or knowledge of HRSS - advantageous
- A good level of understanding of using MS Excel, e.g. tables, charts, formulas (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF etc.), Pivot tables/charts
- A good level of understanding of using PowerPoint
- IT literate; can quickly learn new applications such as MS Visio, Outlook, SharePoint
- Excellent communication and engagement skills; working with various stakeholders
- Ideally a basic understanding of how to create visual/written understanding of a process flow
