A leading supplier for the construction industry is recruiting NOW for a Marketing Executive to work 8.30am-5pm at their site in Swadlincote and offering a salary of £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience. The Marketing executive will be driven and have a proven track record in internal and external marketing with experience with copyrighting and proofreading, running social media channels and campaigns, writing editorials and adverts, maintaining websites. This is a very hands on role for a marketing professional to further develop their skills and a proven track record within management would be an advantage and from a technical background.

Job Description

The Marketing executive will be responsible for the following:

- Develop and once approved marketing strategy across the company to ensure delivery of the right message off/on-line
- Maintain the productivity of plans and projects for new and existing products and services
- Undertake the necessary monitoring and evaluation activities in order to determine the success or otherwise of communications strategies
- To develop and monitor the brand guidelines, key messages and act as custodian - ensuring consistency in visual appearance and tone across communications outputs
- Research markets, customers and competitors to identify opportunities for engagement and enable communication which gains market share and increases the client base
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Collaborate with the sales team on a regular basis to assist with improving sales functions/tools utilised
- Build third party agency and supplier relationships and evaluate them on an on-going basis
- To produce and manage sales copy and graphics for all promotional material and activities

Candidate should have experience/ Skills/ Background in:

Background within marketing
Knowledge of social media websites
Experience of working on digital strategies
Strong planning and organising skills
Experienced user of Google Analytics

In return for working 8.30am-5pm Mon - Fri, the marketing assistant role is offering a yearly rate of £25,000-£30,000 + Pension + 22 days holiday + Stats
