A leading Private Bank looking for a Periodic Review Analyst to join their London Team- c£50,000- 12 month FTC

Analyst, Client Onboarding Team -Market Leading Private Bank - London - c£50,000

A market-leading private bank is looking to expand their existing Client Onboarding team by adding a Periodic Review Analyst.

The Bank:
As one of the world's leading private banks this institution covers a large range of financial services across multiple countries. Within the bank, all three lines of defence harbour the bank's fantastic compliance culture and the new Periodic Review Analyst will emulate the same.

The Role:
You will require a strong and well-rounded knowledge of AML and regulatory regimes from a Private Bank perspective, and will have to be well versed in identifying potential KYC/AML risks in a private bank. You will be sat within Client Onboarding team and will pay an active part in assisting the continued development of processes, policies and procedures.
Further requirements for the role include:
· Adhering to all rules and regulations within the money laundering environment · Maintaining knowledge of applicable legislation and best industry practise
· Conducting reviews of new and existing clients assessing the KYC documentation and risk profile
· Liaising with Front Office, Line Management and Senior Management in order to resolve any issues
· Providing support to the Head of Financial Crime Compliance in the management of all AML, CTF and KYC issues
· Provide guidance and advice on all KYC/AML related queries
· Assist in all ad hoc projects and regulatory tasks as requested by Line Manager or MLRO
· Ensure Management Information reports are kept up to date

The Ideal Candidate:
As a KYC Analyst within the bank you will be required to be a SME for AML. It is imperative you are able to write clear and Regulator Ready risk reports, as well as having an investigative mind suited to analysing and assimilating data.
Further requirements will include:

* A well rounded and experienced individual in AML and Client Onboarding who comes from a Private Bank
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral in order to liaise with all relevant stakeholders
* A strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
* Up to date and comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements

* You must come from a private bank or a wealth manager.
