The right candidate:
An experienced Building Services maintenance engineer who has completed a recognized engineering, HVAC or mechanical engineering apprenticeship.
This is a mobile maintenance role undertaking Electrical, HVAC and commercial building maintenance and the successful engineer will be responsible for reactive and planned works (PPMs) throughout London and within M25.
Competent in other areas such as BMS controls, knowledge of smoke control systems/automatic opening vents and fire alarms is beneficial but not essential

Reactive and planned maintenance jobs including:
*Relamping and repairs
*Emergency light testing
*Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by the help desk
*Undertake plumbing tasks to domestic and commercial installations
*Increases pressure in pipe systems and observes connected pressure gauge systems to test for leaks
*Hot & cold water systems, general Plumbing services
*Cold water storage tanks
*Ensure all paperwork is sent to office within timescales

Applicants should hold;
*Minimum 5 years' experience as a building services engineer
*Must hold a full UK driving licence
*Technical knowledge and competency with regard to HVAC Systems and large scale plant
*17th Edition would be advantageous

Previous experience in the maintenance of commercial buildings is essential. Engineers who have experience in a number of maintenance disciplines will be preferred.
