Recruitment Support Manager

You will be responsible for providing the two directors and their consultants with comprehensive administrative support as they go about securing new placements, projects, assignments, clients and candidates. The role is varied and interesting - you will not be expected to know it all straight away, but you should be keen to develop new skills and willing to learn new methods of working.


  • Previous administrative experience in a recruitment/payroll/compliance environment
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Word & Excel, any experience with recruitment database software will help
  • A professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organisational skills - able to prioritise workload
  • Motived and positive attitude

Typical Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Assist with the registration process for new candidates and clients in line with company compliance policy
  • Maintain CRM System in accordance with company policy
  • Administer the recruitment process from vacancy creation through to placement
  • Reformat documents (e.g. CV's)
  • Ensure contracts are agreed and issued prior to supply
  • Liaise with credit control to resolve any payment issues as well as management reporting on aged debt and manage Credit Check process prior to supply
  • Assist with pay-rolling the workforce on a weekly basis
  • Manage local IT administration
  • Deliver new starter on-boarding
  • Deliver training to new starters
  • First line support to Senior Management team in all aspects of Office Management
  • Place orders for office supplies
  • Build and Maintain strong relations with internal teams
  • Collate and record meeting minutes
  • Innovate - express your ideas & help us to improve
