Support Engineer (1st/2nd line support) – Newport - £20-25k

Working for an industry leading organisation providing innovative products and excellent service. Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Support Engineer who is willing to learn and looking to broaden their career and skill set.

Experience working with a process driven support team would be advantageous and essential duties will include:

·Telephone and email enquiries

·Basic system training via phone

·Diagnosing reported issues

·Configuring new accounts

The successful Support Engineer with have had experience and skills in:



·Adaptability to new technologies

·Precision in work
