First Line Support Analyst
My client is a leading niche management consulting firm based in the City. A Helpdesk Analyst is required to provide 1st and some 2nd line internal IT support to the user base - c120. You will provide a rapid and effective support service as well as work on key strategic projects to ensure the technical environment is in line with industry best practice. Candidates applying should have the following skills and experience: desktop support experience, Windows 7 Enterprise. Desirable skills: Office 365 admin, SharePoint admin and basic LAN management. The position offers the chance to work for a company with an excellent reputation and exposure to the latest technologies. Salary to £30,000 maximum.
