Your new company
HAYS Office support are working closely with a key client in the FMCG industry and are recruiting for 5 members of their inbound and outbound contact centre team. This company is well renowned across Belfast, NI and the UK and one of the top 100 companies in NI.

Your new role
5 permanent and Part time roles that will see you assisting in taking orders and up-selling where possible. You will be making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from existing customers that currently have accounts with the business.

What you'll need to succeed
Call centre experience is essential for this role. You will need 6 month experience in a call centre environment, account management experience and GCSE's Maths and English Grade C and above.
