We are looking for an enthusiastic manager to look after our Membership Office at an exciting moment in our history. We are about to launch a new Customer Relations Management (CRM) system and need an excellent manager to help us make the transition, and manage the Membership Office.

Membership Office Manager
Salary: £23,849 per annum
Contract: Maternity Cover to 30th April 2018
Hours of work: Full time (35 hours per week)
Based: Littlemore, Oxford

The Membership Office is at the heart of BBOWT and looks after our supporters, ensuring that membership initiatives are successfully carried out and our members' needs are met. You will be responsible for its efficient running and providing excellent supporter care.

You will have experience of managing people and processes effectively, preferably in a charity context. Your communication, interpersonal and customer care skills will be second to none. You will be accustomed to multi-tasking and your time management will be excellent. Meeting deadlines comes naturally to you. Flexibility in working hours may be available to the right candidate.

The Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing 90 nature reserves, influencing land management and educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife.
