Description

To give you a snapshot of a typical day as a Recruitment Consultant - Contracts Desk based in London you may be responsible for the following:

* Establishing, maintaining and managing relationships with key clients (business to business)

* Generating sales leads by networking, referrals and cold calling as well as maintaining an active pipeline

* Set up and attend potential customer premises to secure business

* Maintain knowledge of products and services and industry developments

* Business Development

Profile

The Recruitment Consultant - Contracts Desk based in London should typically possess the following skills:

* Understand the Sales Cycle and ideally know how to develop business to business relationships

* Have proven success of BDM and winning key accounts

* Be able to take full accountability for performance and development

* Have a good understanding of the Financial Services/Professional Services market



Although not essential, ideally you may also possess the following:

* Degree qualified

* Proven success in BDM roles
