Job Title: Associate Building Surveyor
Location: Central London/South London
Salary: £52,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience).
Our client, a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy, is looking for a Senior Associate Building Surveyor to join one of their offices in Central and South East London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that have become a major integrated architectural, property and construction consultancy delivering a focused service to clients across the UK.
As Associate Building Surveyor you will be joining the Heritage team who are responsible for satndard setting and providing information and guidance across a wide range of Heritage activices, with the aim of improviing conservations standards.
Due to continuing growth, they are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to further enhance their current Heritage team's to be based out either their Central London or South London office. As an Associate, your key objectives include will be delivering work in accordance with established technical ;policy, standards and specialise guidance and developing and delivering maintenance and conservation programmes across historic sites.
The successful candidate will also be expected to liaise with clients, in respect of policy and technical matters, programming of work, both output and financial, to ensure job profitability and the meeting of cashflow projections.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with excellent technical ability and strong communication and management skills and up to date knowledge. In addition, you will have wide experience in new building construction types and numeracy skills.
