The Not-for-Profit Organisation is based in North Manchester and easily commutable via public transport. The organisation is dedicated to providing excellent and effective customer service through initial contact within their call centre.

Description

The Customer Service Advisor will report in to the Team Leader. The Customer Service Advisor will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

  • Taking payments over the phone
  • To respond to customer queries via phone, email, text etc
  • Taking detailed notes of incidents
  • Completing applications over the telephone
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attending team meetings

Profile

The candidate must have:

  • Experience / knowledge of social housing
  • Experience of working in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible to travel to different sites

Job Offer

The Customer Service Advisor will be offered:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Holiday pay
  • £10 - £11 per hour
  • Temporary contract
