An exciting Tele-sales / Business Development / Sales Executive opportunity has arisen to join a well established business who are ever expanding and looking to bring a new addition to their team. This opportunity will see you working for a large supplier of office furniture within an friendly and upbeat atmosphere.

This Tele-sales / Business Development / Sales Executive will include duties such as:
·Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through appropriate propositions, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction, through effective communication - telephone, email, letter and occasional site visits.
·Canvass new businesses to meet monthly targets of new accounts.
·Record accurate response to all contacts made on business territory/client database.
·Ensure all administration is completed to support the sales order and aid efficient and accurate order despatch and invoicing.
·Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
·Liaising with customers on order progression/stock availability/lead time
·Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
·Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
·Monitor and report on competitor activities and provide relevant information
·Gain a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements
·Feed future buying trends back to internal departments
·Cover customer enquiries in the absence of team colleagues
·Deal with all customer queries efficiently and effectively

This position as Tele-sales / Business Development / Sales Executive will have a need for the successful candidate to hold previous and recent experience working within a Tele-sales / Business Development / Sales Executive role. The successful candidate will have a driven personality and will hold previous experience performing to targets.
