Job title: Sales and New Business Development Associate

Location: Home based but you'll be expected to develop new business relationships across the south of England (initially!)

Hours: Full-time

Basic Salary: £20-22,000

OTE: £40-50,000 (1st year) and £50-60,000 (2nd year onwards) with iPhone, laptop, and mileage/car allowance

Your day-to-day will be very much managed by you, albeit you will be expected to relay your wins and activity to the senior management team regularly. You'd be the second member of the sales team and report directly to the owner of this very well-established solutions provider.

The target region for this second role runs along the M4 corridor with the company's office in West London. It will be up to you to put together your sales strategy and then execute it, highlighting any marketing needs or opportunities for discussion.

Your key skills, personality and experience will match the following:

- Proven B2B sales experience from opening the door or taking the lead through to closing the deal
- Proven ability to work effectively from your home base and across a territory
- Be based anywhere between Slough and Swindon so that you can cover potential clients along this main M4 corridor with ease-although this company's market is nationwide.
- Love making a difference, safe in the knowledge that the solution you're offering can make a difference to many
- Experienced in potentially long-ish sales cycles so know what it takes to manage the ups and downs
- Excited at the prospect of working with a company who are challenging the norm in their sector
