Role: Quality and Customer Application Engineer
Location: Banbury
Salary: up to £35,000

Responsible for all the local quality support for customers, liaising with outside agencies and providing feedback and face to face contact with customers.

Key tasks:

8D Problem Solving

Manage warranties and monthly reports

Customer application engineering for SME and 2nd tier suppliers

Provide back up and holiday cover to the application engineering manager (will be returned)

This role will suit an engineer with experience working with/for blue-chip organisations as a technician engineer or design engineer.

As this role will require working with customers, you should expect the role to be evenly split between office and field based positions, however the overnight travel will be low.
