Chapman Tate Associates seeks a Telesales Manager to join this established IT Solutions provider within their impressive offices based in the West of Birmingham. My client have been trading for over 20 years now and have family feel about the way the company is ran.

My client seeks a Telesales manager who can manage and lead a team in a B2B environment, with a strong track record in an outbound telesales capacity.

They need someone up for a challenge who succeeds at driving telephone and on-line sales in both inbound and outbound.

The role will include:

-Recruiting, training, coaching and managing a high performing sales team to ensure that all of the team perform at a level required to achieve the sales forecast

-To set an example and lead from the front by generating quality leads and appointments

-Creating and maintaining leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone

-Identify potential target areas, potential targets, sales opportunities

-Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

-Developing and maintaining customer relationships

-Developing sales strategies aimed at business growth.

-Liaising with Sales and Marketing teams to devise strategies and cross-pollinate business related information

For this role you must have the following traits and experience:

-Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures

-Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
