Our client who is well established within their industry requires a Sales Coordinator to work in their Head Office in Guildford.
This role is within the Spare Parts team, duties will include:
Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with customers via email and phone
Resolve customer queries
Remaining up to date with technical knowledge
Upselling of products
Liaise with distributors
The right candidate should have excellent customer service skills, have a proactive nature and experience of working within a fast paced or pressurised environment.
