Are you looking for a new and challenging role that offers ongoing training and formal accreditations? One that provides a friendly, progressive and supportive working environment? Due to ongoing growth my busy client is seeking a customer service focused Application Support Analyst to join their expanding team. Based from the Warwick offices (commutable from Leamington Spa, Coventry, Solihull, Birmingham) you will be responsible for logging support queries/emails, undertaking the analysis and diagnostics on a broad variety of support issues, from basic user problems, right through to the analysis of the more complex application system related issues.

As the Application Support Analyst you will work to understand and highlight where the problem lies and work closely with the consultants in providing the appropriate resolution for the users. You will support a broad range of customers both over the phone and via email, working on resolving a range of different issues that vary in severity and complexity. This is a diverse role - you will be involved in new site implementations, configuring and testing the software for individual clients needs

You will also be involved in the production and delivery of any user guides and on customer site product training workshops to ensure the users can get the best out of the system. This opportunity is a long term role and offers career structure and progression, with the option to move into consultancy in the future.

ROLE: Application Support Analyst

SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000

LOCATION: Warwick, Warwickshire


- First point of contact for emerging customer issues

- Analyse and resolve a wide variety of support issues

- Liaise with consultants to find the appropriate solution for customers

- Deliver training sessions to the customer user base


- IT related Degree

- Analytical thinker

- Good working knowledge of relational databases and SQL skills

- Excellent customer first approach
