My Edinburgh based client are looking to add a new 3rd Line Support specialist to their existing team of 9, focusing predominantly on systems and network as opposed to desktop. You will act as a senior point of escalation and will be involved in a number of projects in an 18 month fixed term.

What experience do I need?

The role is Microsoft focused and technical competencies that are essential include:
  • Microsoft Server 2008/2012 Administration
  • Networking experience (Cisco focused)
  • Hyper V administration
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange

Beneficial knowledge includes:
  • Office 365 administration
  • Windows 10 experience
  • Storage experience
