Digital Project Manager, Investment Bank, £65k, London

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Manager to work directly alongside the Global Head for this business area.

This role is integral to the development of the bank's Global digital transformation program. It is therefore an extremely exciting time to be part of a number of projects that will change the digital landscape across the business and the wider technical landscape.

    The Digital Project Manager will aid in the governing of all digital change across the Group Digital property estates across the Digital Transformation programme. In particular they will ensure the delivery of all digital service and product propositions have applied consistent customer experience and user experience design frameworks; architectural and strategic standards adhered to and ensure consistent supplier governance is invoked.

    Responsibilities

  • Digital Customer Engagement projects
  • Conduct business analysis then devise digital' strategic roadmap, encompassing ALL areas of digital; technical through to digital marketing
  • Provide direction with regards technical solutions, system integration, technical architecture, setup, configuration & implementation of firm systems - both new and existing.
  • Develop strong relationships with other business leaders around the Group to drive a transformation to an effective Digital culture
  • The position requires the coaching of the digital team and wider teams to adhere to group standards.
  • The role holder will require patient stakeholder management and planning skills.
  • Develop and maintain organizational culture, values and reputation within the COO, Group Digital and Group wide
  • Proven Capabilities

  • Ability to balance technical, operational and financial issues with business and strategic focus
  • Experience managing governance of a large scale programme or multiple projects
  • Demonstrate experience in the management of a team at a senior leadership level
  • Can make informed decisions in ambiguous, uncertain situations whilst developing alternatives and identifying associated rewards, risks and actions to lower risks
  • Holds a demonstrable level of understanding in how the Group Digital estates operate
  • Having the ability to challenge projects in the right areas to help protect Group Digital standards
  • Facilitating Digital assistance to projects in order to ensure they have the right level of support to reach the expected standard of Digital services and products
