Seren Support Services Ltd are one of the largest care providers in the Neath Port Talbot area with offices in Llandarcy and Ystradgynlais. We are passionate about the service we provide to those people who access and use our services, but our ambition does not mean that we have lost that personal touch.

We employ over 120 staff and provide care and support to over 150 people across the county.

Our people are important to us, we know them all individually, our clients needs and our employees personalities.

Our business is divided into the following:

Seren Homecare - providing care and support to elderly persons living in their own home

Seren Supported Living - providing care and skill based support to adults with a learning or physical disability living in their own home, in a supported living environment or community based support.

We also have 2 well established supported living homes , providing 24 hour care and support to adults with a learning disability.

We are looking for dedicated, professional and above all caring people to join our community care teams in the following areas:

- Pontardawe

- Ammanford

- Neath and Port Talbot

It would be an advantage if you already have experienced within the care sector, however we will provide full training to those who do not.

Whats important to us is a persons ability to care and people skills, the rest we feel can be achieved through training and development.

We recruit the people who we feel are right for our clients and our business, so experience and qualifications is not always essential.
