1st line support x2 (FTC)

A leading financial services are looking to hire two 1st line support analyst into their new office in Central London.

You would be responsible for a wide range of duties including;

*Ensure IT Service Desk administration and 1st line telephone and remote technical support is provided to staff in a way that maximises the end-user experience and that achieves agreed service levels.
*Handle incoming incident and request information from end users and create call records.
*Ensure that call records are accurate and complete and that they reflect the detail of the incident or request.
*Ensure that request or incident tickets are documented sufficiently.
*Resolve incidents or requests or if appropriate assign them to other staff.

Therefore they are looking for someone with strong experience on the following technologies;
*Service Manager
*Microsoft Office Suite 2013
*Windows 7, 8 & 10
*Windows Mobile Configuration
*Active Directory administration
*Microsoft Exchange administration
