Business Analyst Fund / Wealth Management

Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Business Analyst to join or high profile client.

Our client is the world’s leading investment data platform with a major background in fund accounting and financial data and fund accounting.

On a day to day basis the Business Analyst will:

·Responsible for all clients/products post-sale

oManage client loyalty to Confluence by knowing the client and the key contacts

oUnderstand and ensure high level of overall loyalty

oKnow the customer’s products purchased/implemented, product usage/entrenchment, opportunities and issues

oIn-depth knowledge of regulatory solutions to provide consultation to new clients

·Responsible for day-to-day client relationships and implementations

oBe an escalation point for junior members of our team

oManage multiple deliverables across support, implementation and support functions

oFacilitate client calls

oResolve client issues with software solutions

oCommunicate progress on issues, Service Release items, and product changes to clients

oCommunicate opportunities to sales

oEnsure that all client opportunities and issues are addressed in a timely manner

oProvide first-tier support via phone, email or on-site

oPrepare for, manage, and document routine status calls with clients to discuss outstanding issues, upcoming releases, training classes, consulting opportunities

oMaintain records of client configurations and installed applications etc.

·Provide business and subject matter expertise

oProvide thought leadership to management in regards to regulatory reporting

oTranslate business problems for technical resources

oElicit requirements for mapping updates

oEnsure solutions are compliant with regulations

oKnowledge of US and European regulatory market place

oTrain internal and external parties on our services

In exchange we offer training across fund data, prince 2 certification as well as exposure to massive implementations and serious responsibility from day 1.

Business Analysts must have:

§2:1 degree or higher in Computer Science / Maths, Finance or a related discipline.

§Experience of Wealth Management or Fund Accounting.

§Strong Financial Services knowledge – could be through degree.

§Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

§Excellent analytical and problem solving skill

§Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and Outlook

§Ideally Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting

This role suits someone from a technology or consulting or fund background who is looking to take on serious responsibility. You will also have to sign an NDA due to the close proximity you have to funds very important IP. The business offers serious training for anyone who joins.
