Digital Sales Manager

As our Digital Sales Manager, you will drive our direct and partner B2C business online. You will be responsible for propelling our strategies and initiatives for both our online and partners such as Amazon. You will work within our sales and marketing team, in close communication with our Head of Marketing, as well as defining and trialling tests from our customer experience and UX teams in order to quantify and build on our sales successes.

You will define and then execute strategies that develop continual online sales growth. You will have a strong sense of autonomy to shape innovative, creative and efficient ways of leading a digital sales business to complement both our brand and partner business.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Increase our direct B2C digital sales business with a focus on the UK and US
  • Strategise, craft and execute a unique direct sales approach that reflects the brand online through ecommerce, Amazon, and other online partnerships
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for direct B2C online sales, creating and managing direct B2C online sales campaigns to deliver growth
  • Improve our online store and Amazon conversion rates
  • Optimise the website for online search
  • Optimise the overall shopping experience with site online
  • Manage external digital marketing agencies
  • Produce regular reports on customer and product data
  • Report key insights and trends to the marketing team in order to drive company campaigns
Your Qualifications:
  • Considerable ecommerce experience within consumer electronics, lifestyle or technology brands
  • Significant multi-channel experience integrating online and physical shopping experiences
  • Experience selling hardware products online
  • A strong analytical eye for detail, with excellent understand and practical experience using online analytics, advertising, and ecommerce platforms
  • A professional understanding of, and extensive experience optimising websites for online search
  • An ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • A passion for technology and online sales
  • A professional attitude at all times
  • Flawless written and spoken English, with impeccable communication
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Extensive international ecommerce experience
  • Excellent understanding and use of online analytics and advertising tools
  • Extensive use (selling on) and understanding of Amazon seller and vendor platform
