An exciting opportunity has arisen for a global services businesses, which operates across 200 countries with over 50 million members. Its history spans over 10 years and they have grown year on year.

As part of the technology strategy they are expanding operations at their Coventry site. They are looking to recruit a Service Desk Manager to manage and develop the existing team of analysts.

Service Desk Manager
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Drive performance & improvements
  • Work to SLA's, company processes & procedures
  • Daily management of 7 service desk analysts
  • Escalation point for requests & incidents
  • Maintain key relationships with stakeholders & suppliers
  • Data reporting of KPI's & trends
  • Lead implementation of ITIL

The permanent role for a Service Desk Manager will pay a salary up to £45,000 plus benefits. This is an opportunity to work for a global business that works with leading edge technology.
