Client Service Manager
Here at Retail Profiling we have been specialising in providing field marketing support to Consumer Electronics Brands for 22 years. We manage sales and marketing activities through our field-based teams to increase the sales of our client’s products through promotion, demonstration and training of sales teams in Retailers such as PCWorld, Maplin and John Lewis, as well as in reseller environments and at large consumer electronic events.
We are seeking a Client Service Manager, working as part of our client service team, to take responsibility for supporting our client accounts by working together with a variety of departments across the business to deliver an exceptional service to our clients first time, every time.
The role involves supporting our client accounts through project managing our client’s field marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics and events, as well as analysing results and reporting back to our clients on our results.
Dependant on client specific requirements, this role can vary on a daily basis with considerable opportunities and challenges along the way. You will be the first point of contact for your own client list and therefore you must quickly develop your understanding of our clients’ needs as well as being a capable relationship builder with an ability to work under pressure. You must have exceptional organisational skills, be proactive, driven and client focussed, with the ability to write commercially sound client reports that demonstrate the service we have delivered. You should also be able to understand the importance of client budgets and spend. You must also be proficient in the use of Microsoft office including, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
This is a full-time role, primarily based at our HQ on the beautiful Aske Country estate near Richmond, but with fairly regular travel to client meetings and events across the UK, including some overnights. The basic salary range is £22,000-24,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.
