A growing wholesale company based in Shrewsbury is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team due to recent expansion.
Your new role
As a Sales Administrator, you will be conversing with both contractors and customers daily as well as placing orders with suppliers. You will be dealing with customer queries as and when they arise and will also be responsible for both the paper and electronic filing of company documents. You will need to accurately input information into systems. As you will be working within a busy team you will also be required to carry out other general administrative duties on an ad hoc basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked in an office administration role and managed both sales and order processing, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will have an outstanding telephone manner and you will love speaking to and helping people. You will feel confident managing and resolving customer disputes in order to gain a positive outcome. You will be fully IT literate and have access to a car due to the lack of accessible public transport links.
