This is a graduate job paying £20,000-£22,000 depending on prior experience.

How can you expect to spend your day?

You will join the business as a Technical Account Executive which is an exciting new role created to aid the expansion of new business and help the marketing departments of brands and marketing agencies to get the most from the platform. This is an excellent entry level position as you'll receive amazing training on an innovative marketing platform which will vastly increase your industry knowledge and experience.

Tasks you can expect to learn about and be responsible for include:
• The initial part of the job will involve lots of training that will bring you up to speed on how to use the company's platform so you're in position to liaise with clients on how best to use it.
• Setting up marketing campaigns for clients according to their brief, aims and budget.
• Approve creative assets for client email marketing campaigns.
• In this position, you will need to liaise regularly with publishers (owners of websites selling advertising space) and as a result build good working relationships with them.
• Support both clients and publishers with any questions that arise.
• Produce regular campaign reports to illustrate each campaign's performance and identify areas to optimise these e.g. adjusting budget, changing creative assets, editing copy.

What are the ideal candidate skills, experience and personality?

• Educated to degree level, preferred subjects (but not required) include Marketing, Advertising, Business Studies, Media Studies or similar.
• Someone interested to learn lots about the digital media industry and marketing technologies.
• A highly organised individual able to prioritise work load as required.
• A positive approach to work and someone willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right!
• A logical thinker who enjoys problem solving.
• A sociable, friendly, outgoing and self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills are essential.
• A clear, concise and confident communicator is important as this role involves regular telephone contact with clients and attending client meetings as the role develops.
