Page Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a long established company based in Leeds with occasional travel to York.

Client Details

Our client are a world wide leader who have seen continuous growth and had a great success. They are looking for a Reconciliations Clerk to report into the Finance Manager.

Description

As a Reconciliations Clerk, you will be responsible for, however are not limited to: raising invoice requests for excess payments, invoice processing, prepare reconciliations, submitting reconciliation and invoice requests, processing any charge amendments, updating the required systems / spreadsheets with all relevant information and all other ad-hoc duties are carried out as requested by the Finance Manager.

Profile

The successful candidate will have;

  • A good working knowledge of Excel
  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate and work efficiently with customers, employees and teams at all levels

Job Offer

£18,000 + excellent benefits.
