ICS Group currently has an exciting opportunity available for Compliance Advisor to join our central Clinical Governance team. This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months maternity cover.

Ideal applicants will have experience in a compliance or business process environment, ideally with some exposure to ISO9001 regulations.

Under the direction of and providing support to the Group Clinical Director, this role manages and advises on the Company's business processes, quality and other business requirements.

The post holder will work with all divisions within the ICS Group to establish internal processes in line with legislation, national guidance and company requirements. In the main, the role will involve the development, approval, publication and maintainance of business processes.

This role is full time, permanent. Hours of work 9 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. It is based in our Manchester office in Spring Gardens.

Key Tasks

  • Together with the business leads, proactively review recruitment procedures and processes and make recommendations for system/process improvements.
  • Provide a channel for colleagues to clarify understanding of any procedures. Liaise with relevant parties (e.g. account managers, clients, regulatory bodies, legal advisors etc) to resolve queries and ensure responses are clearly communicated and documented.
  • Remain up to date with contract changes that affect the business and highlight to senior management.
  • Interpret changes into practical application, make recommendations for implementation and take responsibility for effective roll out.
  • Ensure any changes to procedures are effectively communicated and training updated. Ensure all linked procedures/documents are amended where appropriate and that any additional impact is understood and highlighted

  • About You

    Ideal candidates will have experience in a business process, compliance or audit focussed role, in particular we would be intereste to hear from candidates who have some working practice or awareness of ISO9001 regulations.

    Candidates should have a process orientated approach, be confident, assertive and self motivated.
