An exciting opportunity has become available for the right determined and ambitious sales person.

Having internal sales account management experience - we are looking for you to join our Sales team to grow in spend the established base of accounts by building rapports and relationships with the key contacts in each account.

You will be selling a variety of exciting Audio, Video, Sound, lighting and music products to retail, wholesale and online channels.

This role comes with a clear and consistent business plan which includes structured training and personal development. The ideal person will be an enthusiastic communicator, have a proven track record in account management and be driven by sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·To achieve and exceed all agreed sales targets and performance measures.

·Develop and maintain an appropriate pipeline of opportunities to meet short and medium term business plans.

·To qualify, maintain and log all bids and tenders as required from the customer base.

·Establish AVSL as the Primary supplier of Audio, Video, Sound, lighting and music products to existing and new accounts.

·Manage effectively the relationship between AVSL and existing customers.

·Accurately update the system with details of all customer contacts.

·React responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and issues

·Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with all internal contacts.

·Fully understand and adhere to all relevant AVSL sales processes.

·Maintain high levels of appropriate product and service knowledge on current and future AVSL products.

·Maintain knowledge of the industry and competitor activity to better promote AVSL position.

·Regularly monitor the account base to better understand buying patterns and to identify opportunities.

·Maintain full, accurate, honest and timely records.

·Respond to management requests in a timely manner.

·To undertake all training required by AVSL to develop the role as required.

·Ability to manage own diary and time effectively.

·Any other duties as necessary to the role.

QUALIFICATIONS / RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Essential

·Proven experience of sales with demonstrable success.

·PC literate with experience of sales order processing systems and able to use basic Microsoft Office packages

Desirable

·Industry based experience would be an advantage
