Are you an experienced in Web Analytics? Do you have a strong digital background?

If so, we’d love you to join our team!

In this role you will work with our online web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, in order to produce detailed MI to the business. The output of the analysis will support a range of areas across the business including marketing, trading and user experience.

The Performance team is rapidly growing and we are increasingly focussing on daily trading and revenue generation ideas within the area. To help us achieve this we need to increase the level of analytical rigour with which we understand the performance of our marketing channels and how we identify, prioritise & test opportunities for future growth.

You’ll be:

·Providing the business with insight into performance across the website

·Update dashboards to allow stakeholders to understand conversions of each product

·Supporting internal teams on preparation of regular reports which outline the performance of our digital estate

·Using a variety of data including web analytics, trading performance & customer analytics, identify areas of potential performance improvement & growth opportunities

·Working with other team members to monitor test & learn programme, helping structure tests, and delivering insight into results

·Driving the team’s understanding of how to use multi-channel attribution to improve results

·Supporting our agencies & partners by being the main point of contact for all data-related projects

·Identifying, sourcing & analysing external data sources which can further improve digital performance.

You’ll bring:

·Professional work experience within an analytical role (ideally within an Digital environment)

·Highly numerate with a high standard of accuracy with data and commercial awareness of its usage

·A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Computing, Economics or Finance (beneficial but not compulsory)

·Advanced skills in Excel

·Experience of Web Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends preferred

·A proactive and analytical approach with a passion for data analysis and problem solving

·An understanding of Digital Marketing channels

·Exceptional communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with anyone in any environment, e.g. able to translate complex / technical issues to meet the audience's competency level.
