SALARY £40,000 - £50,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE

Get Recruited are working on behalf of an IT Security company, looking for experienced Field Sales Executives to be field based but also to be able to commute to their Basingstoke office when not out meeting prospects.

Full year target would be IRO £400k GP - Some sales people earnt over £80k commission last year!!

In the past 20 years, they have secured over 1,600 organisations and have a proven track record of year on year exponential growth. As part of the continued planned growth for 2016 they are now recruiting experienced Sales Executives.

THE ROLE:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new and existing business throughout an assigned geography right across the company's technology and services portfolio. This role is a quota carrying position and reports into the regional Sales Manager.

Sales Representative are required to perform the following duties:

  • Proactively target new customers through cold calling and lead generation campaigns
  • Work closely with the internal teams to identify new opportunities
  • Where applicable, manage existing customer relationship and identify cross-sell / upsell opportunities to grow clients
  • Utilise vendor relationships to target and identify new business target clients for Sapphire
  • Keep Salesforce.com up to date with activities and accurately reflect pipeline and account activity

THE PERSON:

We are looking to recruit ambitious, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic individuals and to be considered for this role you should have:

  • A proven sales experience and a track record of over achieving targets
  • The ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, strong administration and interpersonal skills and ideally experience in the technology sector; IT security preferably.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Resilience and determination. Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Strong team player with good initiative.
  • Strong self-motivation.
