Business Development Manager - Regional 

Basic up to £40k. Realistic OTE of £120k in first year

Due to our global expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an articulate, ambitious and highly motivated Business Development Manager with a proven track record in closing face-to-face sales at board level. Responsibilities:

·To present audio branding to new clients through a structured presentation using PHMG’s exceptional sales tools.

·To attend all pre-booked appointments with C-level executives in order to win new business.

·To achieve and exceed sales revenue targets, produce activity, conversion and performance reports to the Head of Business Development.

·To process client orders in accordance with agreed timescales to a high standard.

·To increase the prospect database and potential sales opportunities by collecting relevant company contact details.

·Take personal responsibility for keeping up to date with changes in the market in our company and in the product.

Skills and experience:

·Knowledge of B2B markets in a variety of industries and sectors.

·Relevant experience in an equivalent or similar B2B field sales role, with proven track record of success.

·A dynamic, energetic, ambitious, positive and enthusiastic characteristics are essential.

·A highly organised, pro-active and systematic approach to work

·Dedicated team player with drive and initiative

·Articulate with technical sales skills including hard closing techniques

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet and exceed set targets
