Brand Manager - Premium, cool, fun leisure experience venue
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join our clients exciting and growing business. They offer a premium, cool and fun leisure experience for their customers and are renowned for a-List customers. The business has a real focus on training and development and career progression.
To be their successful Brand Manager you will need knowledge of and a passion for food and cocktails? You will be joining a small and focused marketing team so must have a strong background in & passion for hospitality, creativity & innovation and the ability to create and deliver brand strategy for multiple venues.
You will have a diverse role but will be working collaboratively with the digital team, senior stakeholders, managers and exec chefs to ensure we understand our customer and deliver the right offering including menu and drink development. It’s all about staying ahead of the game and our competitors as they re the market leader and you will ensure they stay there. They have a hectic marketing calendar so you will need to be pacey, energised, creative, organised and self motivated.
The role has a mix of strategy and operational delivery. Its is a brand management led role but will involve marketing communications so interest and experience in a more diverse role operating right across the mix is important.
They will own most of the strategy and creative elements and be senior to the Digital Manager. They’ll need to have experience of liaising with and managing 3rd parties and PR agencies. Menu development is also a big part of it and they are not just responsible for writing content – they will need to be very aware of current & future trends and what our competitors are doing, as they will be involved with driving the food & drink offer.
