We are currently working with our global client who are actively looking to recruit an experienced Strategic Growth professional to proactively focus on and expand business within the existing customer base.

As the Strategic Growth Manager you will be responsible for:

• Connecting with and establishing working relationships with our client’s customers
• Identifying potential growth and opportunities within the existing customer base and converting those into profitable business
• Working closely with the Account Management team you will assess the best areas for opportunities
• Meet with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their business in order to promote and present our clients services
• Provide a forward looking view on potential revenue from existing accounts
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system

To be considered for this excellent opportunity we are looking for candidates who:

• Have a proven track record in expanding business within an existing or lapsed client base
• A consultative and persuasive selling skills
• Have experience of selling into multinational and global clients
• Can demonstrate methodical business planning ability
• Outstanding communication skills with C level, both verbally and written
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills
• Able to building and maintain strong working relationships with customer, gaining customers commitment
• Ideally you will have experience of selling HR / HR Technology Service or Risk Management / Compliance
