Job Title: CRM Executive Part Time / Job Share

Location: Banbury

Salary: £20,000 pro rata

They are now looking to acquire the services of a highly capable and diligent CRM Executive to work on a part time permanent basis within their dynamic and professional team. The successful candidate can expect to work in a supportive and fast moving environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day running of the database
  • Design, test and build content for e-mail campaigns
  • Provide reporting and insight that accurately assesses the results of each campaign
  • Manage and implement e-mail campaign calendar
  • Delivering highly targeted and relevant campaigns to reach maximum value to each client
  • Build and develop emails to help deliver CRM programmes
  • Use customer data to deliver a more relevant online experience for our customers
  • Delivering end-to-end direct, e-mail, and social marketing communications across all channels
  • Measuring the CRM campaign effectiveness and programmes performance against the business objectives

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a CRM role with knowledge of the customer lifecycle and how to optimise channels such as email, SMS, print, social and outbound
  • Highly organised and a multi tasker who works well over multiple tasks and is skilled at prioritising and re-planning when required
  • Driven and enthusiastic and eager to develop and grow their career with industry professionals
  • Keen to learn and quick to pick up on new processes
