My client based in Norwich City centre are now seeking an experienced PPC/Media Manager to join the team.
To meet rapidly scaling customer demands, they have created this brand new position for the business to cover Paid Social, Display and Programmatic Advertising.
You will work closely with the company directors in identifying promotional strategies and executing them in a fast-paced, ROI-focused environment. Optimising performance and educating internal/external stakeholders on the results created from each campaign will be essential. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple brands with an ever growing annual budget.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background working hands on with Pay Per Click. This could be from an agency or in-house environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Create, analyse and manage PPC campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini and Twitter as well as other biddable platforms
*Run regular campaign reviews then implement tests & experiments based on your findings
*Use a data driven approach to optimisation of advertising creatives and other promotional assets
*Maintain a culture of constant testing and experimentation
*Continuously review and improve workflow processes
*Identify and acting on opportunities, e.g. processes automation, re-targeting, betas, etc.
*Achieve and exceed revenue growth targets
Key Skills Required:
*Demonstrable background in Paid Social / PPC / Display
*Proven track record of creating, implementing and measuring biddable media strategies
*Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels
*Knowledge of working with ad servers, bidding technology and analytics packages
*Strong MS Excel skills
Salary ranging from £25,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
