QA Engineer or Test Analyst Windows | Manual + Automation C#Bracknell, Berkshire, United Kingdom - £45k - 55k per annum
Scrum/Agile Environment Leading Vendor - Excellent corporate package

Our client currently seeks a QA Engineer to join and embed in their established Scrum development team working on a market leading application in Finance. We seek people capable of extending and expanding their automation frameworks while also being happy with the nitty gritty of manual testing. Excellent comms required very Agile/Scrum shop.

Two potential gaps/roles to fit within the team
1) Focussed primarily on changes to existing product focus more around manual testing

Key Skills
- SQL Skills SQL Server
- Agile/Scrum experience including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives
- Excellent communication skills Face to Face/Phone/Written/Video Conference
- Ability to work with development teams facilitating team work around Unit, Integration and Behaviour testing
- Experience of Testing Front End and Back End applications
- Excellent attention to detail (this should be reflected in any CV Submission)
- Passionate about automation or moving in that direction
Nice to have
- Windows tools eg Team Foundation Server (TFS) Microsoft Test Manager
- Automation experience ideally C#, Selenium, CodedUI
- Continuous Delivery/Continuous integration ideally TeamCIty
- NFT experience security vulnerability testing, performance, load and latency testing,
- Financial software testing experience
The role

- Working in a very Agile/Scrum Environment Embedded in their international development team as a scrum team member involved in stand-up meetings, sprint planning/reviews, retrospectives etc.
- Work on building in quality from the start and building out test capabilities while exhibiting team-orientated behaviour
- Execute/Monitor Manual and automates tests
- Work with Product owners and fellow scrum team to clarify story acceptance criteria, identify implementation risks and develop mitigations within context of wider test strategy
- Write Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts against requirements and acceptance criteria
- Involved in preparation and execution of Non-Functional Tests (NFT) across: Performance, Load and Latency testing, Security vulnerability and analysis of results
- Test Effort estimation
