ERP Support Analyst

My client a global leading manufacturer of high performance polymer coatings, with an extensive, worldwide network of over 160 international distributors operating in over 120 countries. Are currently looking to recruit an ERP Support Analyst.
You will have experience implementing and supporting ERP systems in SME manufacturers. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of all functional areas such as manufacturing, inventory and finance.
As an ERP Support Analyst you will be working with the process owners to continue the ongoing development of our ERP system. This candidate will use their own experience and inquisitive nature to improve accuracy, quality and efficiency of our business processes. The successful candidate would be approachable and have excellent communication skills, working with colleagues from the shop floor to senior management
·They will be co-ordinating patching life cycle
·Develop and maintain system documentation
·Support less experienced process owners
·Reporting and progress chasing issues with our software partners.
Good understanding of technical environment. The candidate will be working alongside an
internal IT department, Functional Support Analysts and ERP partner so will need to comprehend technical aspects of our infrastructure.
The following are essential skills we are looking for:
·Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance, business processes in Process and Discrete manufacturing environments.
·Experience of working with ERP systems preferably Tier 2 (Sage X3, MFGPRO, EPICOR or similar)
·Experience of Full Implementation life cycle
·5+ years plus working in SME
·Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Although not essential, it would be beneficial if you have skills in any of the following:
·Sage X3 ERP experience
·SQL writing skills
·Crystal report writing skills
·Project Management Skills
