My client, a well-known, family-run shop is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, 'go-getting' assistant manager to make an impact on their business by bringing in creative, new ideas.

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the manager to manage staff and the shop.

Responsibilities:

-Managing 6-7 staff members
-Dealing with customers and delivering a first class service
-Stock Filling
-Dealing with problems when the arise
-Ensure goods are well displayed
-Receiving deliveries
-Other Adhoc Duties as Required

Requirements:

-Similar previous experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Health and Safety knowledge
-Computer literate
-Friendly, outgoing, motivated personality
-Food industry knowledge would be adventurous
-Another language would be preferred




Hours: 40 - 45 hours per week between Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm Sunday 10am-2pm
