Ideal Candidate description: As Pre-Sales Technical Engineer you will become an expert on the company?s product range and work closely with external and internal project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with a diverse range of both technical and commercial / internal customer facing skills. Job description and key responsibilities: The role will require you to become an expert in the product and be able to trouble shoot any problems on site for internal and external demonstrations and trade shows. Therefore, a good knowledge of Windows, Mac, ChromeOS, Android and Linux Pcs are necessary. Having a good understanding of notebook, tablets, and smartphones will be advantageous. You will also look to develop and offer training on the products and to a wide range of internal teams, including sales marketing, technical support, and engineering.
