Based in London.

Salary to 75k plus bonus, car/allowance, pension, healthcare etc

Working out of London you would be responsible for the management and development of commercial relationships with existing and future Partners and Service providers, acting as liaison across the portfolio, proactively maintaining contact to ensure a consistent high level or partnership and service delivery, and through these relationships identifying opportunities, in line with our clients commercial strategies and obligations to with their Partners and Service Provider Agreements.

Summary of key responsibilities:

- Account management of existing wholesale / commercial partner accounts and development of new accounts where required to support the needs of the business.
- Regularly liaison with existing partners and service providers to identify new business opportunities. Manage all possible opportunities to achieve a defined outcome in line with brand strategy and targets. Working in liaison with internal stakeholders to roll out opportunities with the Partners/Service Providers.
- Provide detailed information and reports as and when required. Carry out analysis and produce reports on a monthly and as and when required basis.
- To undertake tasks and projects as agreed that are to support commercial development and business objectives.
- Upkeep all partner and service provider files and data. Deliver to business objectives for company portfolio through the effective management of all commercial activities, relating to wholesalers and distribution outlets, as agreed with Line Manager.
- Work with the Business Units to identify and give recommendations with respect to market supply for Product launches, Value added services, commercial activities and any other opportunity within the distribution environment that supports and enhances products.
- Prepare for, attend and report on all review meetings with Partners/Service Providers and ensure that the terms and conditions of the partnership agreement are being upheld.
- In consultation with Line Manager and relevant internal stakeholders, work within defined terms of business within which to negotiate profitable deals with key purchasers in line with company commercial strategy, and in line with commercial activities in place, oversee the maintenance of rebate data, invoicing and reporting.
- To participate in the development and delivery of commercial strategy for both promoted and non-promoted brands. Create Project and Account plans and deliver on objectives.
- Effectively manage all aspects of nominated commercial rebating and pricing to support the sales and marketing activities and achievements of targets. To help facilitate the implementation of best commercial practice.

Minimum experience required:

- Excellent communicator who is highly presentable with experience in successful liaison with Partners and Service Providers and knowledge of distribution channels.
- Proven track record in maintaining and growing relationships, both internally and externally, and success in managing projects to implementation from a commercial perspective.
- Demonstrates experience of negotiation, contract management and account management.
- Demonstrates financial awareness, organizational, strong presentation and negotiation skills and skills for developing solutions to a variety of complex problems and are results orientated.
- Demonstrates good decision making skills and ability to communicate those decisions.
- Strong administrative organization and able to deliver to required deadlines
- Ability to articulate complex information and data both verbally & in writing with senior internal and external personnel.
- Understanding and knowledge of UK and Ireland Market.
- Understanding and knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution including parallel trade.
