We are Netguru. We are experts in helping startups design and build digital products and digitalise processes. Employing over 200 people today, we've so far helped more than 160 startups to grow their businesses, including 45 successful deliveries in the UK.

This year, we are setting up our new division: Netguru Labs. Netguru Labs will extend the range of services we offer and help large organisations to innovate and change faster by enabling them to work more like startups. We are beginning a major metamorphosis: from a services and consulting company with clients from the startup scene, into a key software player supplying London's corporate world.

This is where you come in: We are looking for a country manager who can develop and implement the business strategies we need to become a leading brand in the UK market.

You'll be responsible for:

- Setting the global strategy for Labs in collaboration with the global team
- Implementing this strategy in the UK
- Reaching out to potential clients and creating a strong sales pipeline
- Maintaining new and ongoing relationships with clients and partners in the UK
- Building and managing the relevant business network in the UK
- Recruiting and leading a team of business development and consulting specialists

We are looking for someone who has:

- At least 5 years of experience in selling software-related professional services in the UK, including at least 1 year spent on managing a sales or business development team
- A strong understanding of how a professional software-services/consulting businessoperates
- Excellent networking skills and already established business relationships in the UK, London being the primary focus area
- Consulting skills: you need to be able to help customers resolve business problems with technical tools
- In-depth understanding of budgeting and financial planning
- Experience in mentoring team members, setting up KPIs and monitoring performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
