BPM Consultant (Business Process Management Consultant)

About you

You will be methodical in your approach and comfortable challenging the performance of current systems and processes. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise with internal teams or 3rdparties when refining solutions to customer requirements. You will be supportive and willing to assist others in the specification and development of solutions.

About the role

BPM Consultants provide a full process development service to my client's internal and external customers. BPM consultants proactively challenge the performance of current processes and systems providing solutions where necessary. BPM Consultants ensure that both the business and the end client maximises their return on investment in BPM technologies and infrastructure through the development of creative solutions. BPM Consultants provide support and guidance to stakeholders at various levels on the use of BPM software and process improvement initiatives.

Additionally working together with the Head of Department BPM Consultants contribute to the shared responsibilities of improving colleague engagement across BPM and nurturing a culture that emphasises the values and behaviours across the business.

Your skills & experience

- Understands the fundamental role of a BPM Analyst/developer (consultant).
- Knowledge and appreciation of BPM Software and the industry.
- Experience of building or specifying technical solutions including database integration.
- Experience of High Level Data Modelling and Process Modelling at high and lower levels.
- Understanding and demonstration of competency in a technical and delivery environment.
- Preferred: Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in relevant subject &/or Project management (Agile or Waterfa
