Buisness Manager - McDonalds
Overview:Northampton Motorway Services is located on the M1 near Northampton. We are looking to recruit an experience Business Manager for our McDonalds unit. For this role, you will need to be a talented Manager who is able to support with the growth of the operational units with a minimum of 2 years management experience within McDonald's. Our McDonalds are the busiest on the Motorway network.Responsibilities:

The role of the Business Manager involvesBrand and Customer Service audits; driving quality and upskilling team members where necessary.Sales and KPI targets - upselling wherever possible and managing targets carefully.Financial targets & wage controls.People management; coach, mentor and develop your team to exceed potential.Customer Service; champion exceeding customer expectations and drive the business forward to consistently deliver brand excellence.Support the wider Operations team where necessary.Skills/experience:Proven experience of delivering operational standards and managing a team in a customer facing businesses (preferably McDonald's)
