UX Lead (User Experience PhotoShop UX Wealth Investment Management Transactional Banking Adobe Illustrator Digital Agile Online Banking Finance) required by my banking client in London. You MUST have the following experience:
  • Excellent User Experience (UX) for digital, online applications in an Agile environment
  • User-Experience (UX) for client-facing applications
  • Strong PhotoShop web wire-frame design, incorporating branding and marketing themes




The following would be DESIRABLE, not essential:
  • Transactional banking
  • Wealth and investment management
  • FX
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Agile


Role: User-Experience (UX) Lead required by my banking client in London. You will be working in a global, centralised digital team that services departments across the banking group. Within the UK part of the team, you will lead the user experience (UX) function, sharing it in part with the Digital Manager. In time, this will change as you hire staff to support you in this area and the Digital Manager relinquishes her hands-on responsibilities.

The work will be 60% greenfield. It will come from group wide initiatives as well as specific areas such as Wealth and Investment Management, Corporate Banking and Private Banking. The requirements will come 60-80% from product owners, whilst the rest will come directly from the business stakeholders. You will create the user stories and journeys in a logical and user friendly format, encompassing branding and marketing strategies. The work will then be passed to the three designers in the team.

A significant portion of the role will involve communication over VC with your colleagues around the world. Therefore, the ability to establish relationships quickly is vital.
