Sales Executive required to join White Recruitment in our newly revamped office which includes - pool table, table tennis table, Barista style coffee machine, music system throughout, relaxing break out area.

Uncapped commission - no min threshold, 10% - 30% scale. Most rewarding commission scheme in the area.

We're looking for Sales Executives or experienced Recruiters to bring drive, enthusiasm and expertise to our business.

We operate in five different business areas and have a vacancies in each team - WR Construction, WR Support Services (HR, Finance, Supply Chain), WR Health and Social Care, WR Engineering and Manufacturing and WR Transport and Logistics. Now located in a shiny new office in Hilsea, Portsmouth - we employ 55 staff.

We think we offer our staff something a bit different from your average recruitment consultancy. We'd like to describe it as relaxed but professional - one where we all take pride in what we do. We use KPIs as little as possible and encourage recruiters to be accountable for their own success. That said we'll give you the support you require but the space to develop your own style. We are a fast paced company that never stand still, evolving and changing to keep up with market and economic trends.

The role
Full 360 degree recruitment

- Business Development - with a new and existing customers

- Provide industry leading candidate experience and client account management
- Account Manage your own customer base
- Generate candidates - via major job boards, Broadbean, LinkedIn, referrals, social media
- Writing job adverts
- Preparing and submitting CVs
- Qualifying candidates via telephone interview
- Client visits throughout UK

What are we looking for?
You'll be able to demonstrate you're a bit of a superstar on your way up - previous sales or recruitment experience is essential. We look for people that are smart, driven, organised and outgoing. People, who have the ability to establish, develop and maintain great relationships and who will do what it takes to succeed.

You'll likely have held positions similar to: Sales Adviser, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, Business Development

£50.5K OTE is based on £150K billings pa
