The purpose of the role is to manage the supply process for their products, ensuring that product availability and inventory are recorded, stocked and maintained correctly to meet customer demand. The ideal candidate will come from an automotive 'JIT' background with a good understanding of material planning and supply chain. The candidate should have experience with inventory management, possess strong interpersonal skills with a meticulous eye for detail.

- Effective communication with customers ensuring a good working relationship.
- Manage packaging and consumable stock ensuring stock accuracy and levels are maintained based on business requirements.
- Maintain Excel customer database to ensure accuracy of stock and customer deliveries.
- Analyse customer schedules weekly and any changes communicated effectively to the

customer and Excel database.

- Weekly Update KPI information.
- Weekly Update customer portal with delivery forecasts and issues.
- Support On time in Full deliveries to all customers.
- Effective communication to all internal departments on requirements.
- Escalation and follow up of areas of concern for eg. packaging, quality, urgent customer requirements etc.
- Develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the flow of components into the facility in a timely manner to support packing and

assemble processes.

- Booking customer transport and confirmation of shipments.
